Assistant Buyer

**JOIN OUR TEAM**:
As an Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for aspects of product development, including quality specifications and checks, sample follow-up, internal production processes, coordination of photo shoots and marketing samples, as well as placing purchase orders (POs). This position is **limited for 12 months** and based in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- work in close cooperation with Category Buyers
- collaborate directly with the Creative and Quality teams in the product development process for têxtiles
- organise and take responsibility for photo shoot samples for our products
- communicate directly with our business partners in Asia and Europe
- supervise order placements and monitor internal production tracking

**YOU COME WITH**:

- a background in têxtiles or a commercial field
- a proactive, structured and goal-oriented working style, with a strong hands-on mentality
- strong organisational and time management skills
- solid knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- excellent English skills (German is an advantage)
