**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for a committed and forward-thinking personality to assist our legal team in Munich. Our team supports all TRATON business areas and our brands in all legal matters related to M&A, corporate law, antitrust law, procurement, research & development, production, logistics, IT/new technologies, and finance.
- Supporting our legal team in international projects, contract negotiations, and legal proceedings
- Organizing meetings, creating minutes, and monitoring deadlines
- You conduct national and international correspondence - clearly, professionally, and with commitment
- Managing travel planning, billing, and communication with external law firms
- Responsible for a consistent structure - in files, folders, and processes

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- You have a completed training as a legal specialist (Rechtsfachwirt*in), legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte*r), or foreign language correspondent (Fremdsprachenkorrespondent*in)
- Your professional experience is at least 5 years, ideally in an international environment
- You bring very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- And above all: You show enjoyment of teamwork, personal responsibility, and a varied workday
