We are manufacturer of the test software TPT and are looking for reinforcement for our office management.
Awaiting you: a permanent part-time position, a friendly, open-minded team and an equally well-equipped office in the middle of Berlin-Moabit. You will work independently, flexibly and with different teams and the management. Flat hierarchies are a reality and not just a phrase. This means that your tasks are varied and multi-layered.

**Your responsibilities**
Your area of responsibility includes classic office tasks such as answering calls, dealing with mail and correspondence in day-to-day business. On the other hand, it also includes preparing offers and writing invoices. You welcome new team members and provide organizational support for events.
**Your skills**
- You have experience in office management.
- You have a structured, independent way of working.
- You are reliable, open-minded and friendly.
- You enjoy communicating, organizing and working in a team.
- You know MS Office very well.
- You have very good German and English skills.
