Welcome to Welthungerhilfe- **Office Services Administrator (Part-Time)**: **in **Berlin**: - The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. At the end of the initial two-year contractual period, there are good prospects for conversion from a fixed-term to an open-ended employment contract. The workload for this position is 15 hours per week. Employment location will be Berlin, Germany.- As Office Services Administrator at Welthungerhilfe, you will support all departments of our Berlin office and bear responsibility for a needs-based organizational infrastructure.**Your responsibilities**: - Reception of visitors and service providers, access control and maintenance of the visitor list - Contact person for Welthungerhilfe guests in Berlin (meeting room management, catering, provision of materials, general inquiries, etc.) - Support in the coordination of appointments (availability of workstations for colleagues in Bonn, availability of conference rooms, etc.) - Ordering and tracking of office materials and supplies and conducting related billing - Support with ordering, shipping and storage of Welthungerhilfe publications - Administration of package deliveries, mail and daily newspapers - Technical service for video conferencing systems, printers/copiers, coffee machines and other technical equipment - Interface to the property management and to the Logistics & Internal Services and Information Technology departments - Contact person and complaint management for cleaning staff, caretaker, craftsmen and service technicians/maintenance - Key - and cashmanagement - Support in the onboarding of new colleagues in Berlin and organization of technical equipment - Support in the area of security for the Berlin office, e.g. through cooperation with security officers**Your profile**: - Ideally initial professional experience in a similar position - Technical and manual understanding - Good knowledge of common MS Office programs such as Excel and Word - Reliable, conscientious work ethic combined with a friendly demeanor - Strong organizational skills and a "hands-on" mentality - Very good team skills and intercultural competence - Very good written and spoken German; English language skills would be an advantage**Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
