**Key Responsibilities**
- As an intern you will be responsible for a variety of project management and communication activities ranging from creating project reports to align with senior leadership how to communicate organizational messages.
- Support with all organizational and communication day-to-day activities in rollout projects, but also within internal initiatives to improve the efficiency of rollouts
- Independently preparing decision materials and presentations for Senior Executives
- Manage flow and feel of internal communications, assist in execution of the communication plan
- Draft, post and maintain content for the Allianz intranet
- Create materials for various communication activities

**Key Requirements**
- Currently enrolled in studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or comparable degree programme;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in German
- First practical experience in one of the areas: IT, project management, marketing, corporate communications
- Ability to translate complicated messages into compelling copy with strong command of English grammar and punctuation
- Excellent MS Office 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Self-confidence and diplomacy
- Proactive, well-organized and independent working style
- Ideally first experience with Jira (optional)
- **You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)**
