**What part will you play?**
- Analysis of ISO standard requirements including common topics of to be integrated topics (quality, env )
- Analysis of current situation (gap analysis) in affected sites and units (business lines)
- Development of overarching management system documentation (framework, guidance and global process instructions (for local adaption))
- Test implementation in defined pilot sites / units
- Conduct a cost-, risk and benefit analysis of certification approach (umbrella, matrix or single unit certification) in global context for decision making
- Development of roll out plan in context to most suitable certification approach and the pilot implementation
- Final documentation as master´s thesis: “Development of an integrated Management System (Environment, Energy, Health & Safety, Quality) for a globally operating company based on related ISO standard (certifiable)”

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You are studying at a technical/business university in the field of quality management systems
- First experience in the field of quality management systems (ISO 9001) is a plus.
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills and are characterized by a distinctive target-oriented and independent way of working.
- Working with the common MS Office tools and MS Teams is a part of your daily routine.
- You communicate convincingly in English; German is an advantage.
- You bring along high social competence and team spirit.
