We are looking for a Team Lead (M/F/d) - Project Management for our location in Mannheim or Fürth.

**Your Tasks**:

- Ensure adequate staffing and develop required team skillset/ capabilities
- Ensure the right project manager staffing for projects, short & mid term
- Plan team members time allocation
- Ensure team member’s compliance and improvement regarding methods and tools
- Monitor target achievement and improve team performance.
- Motivate, inspire & coach team members.
- Develop team members strengths and encounter weaknesses
- Create an environment of trust, open communication and knowledge sharing
- Support Chapter Head, especially regarding target setting and budgeting
- Drive project methodology and training, ensure mentoring and knowledge exchange within the project leader community.
- Provide mediation and support to the involved business partners, the delivering units of IT & Digital, and external providers

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in the field of information technology and/or business administration or comparable academic career
- Several years of project management experience at senior level,
- project management certification is a plus.
- Several years of experience in managing a geographically distributed team of internals and externals
- Team Player with leadership skills
- Strong business and customer focus
- Proficient planning capabilities (processes, methods, tools, deliverables)
- Very good communication, negotiating and collaboration skills
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent German and English (both C1), spoken and written
