Are you ready to steer commercial customer management and lead sales initiatives in a key market region? **_Outokumpu _**is seeking an experienced and high-potential individual to take on the role of Head of Business Line Advanced Materials Sales Central, driving revenue and profit growth in alignment with our BL AM commercial strategy.
**_The Role:_**
As Head of Advanced Materials Sales Central, you will be responsible for leading customer intimacy and sales initiatives across the region. You will guide commercial customer management, ensuring the execution of tailored strategies that drive profitable growth and align with our broader commercial objectives.
**_Your Responsibilities:_**
- Formulate and implement regional tactics to meet growth and revenue objectives.
- Create and execute strategic account plans for key regional customers.
- Develop and implement tailored pricing strategies and innovative business models.
- Drive sales excellence and value creation in customer business.
- Evaluate and mentor the sales team to enhance performance, foster collaboration, and build a winning mentality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success of new product introductions and commercialization efforts.
**_Your Profile:_**
- Master’s degree or higher, with 15+ years of experience in a relevant industry (B2B manufacturing preferred).
- Deep sales background with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Proven leadership skills with strategic acumen.
- High performance orientation with a result-driven mindset.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to challenge and elevate team performance.
- Innovative and change-oriented, with a focus on driving sales excellence.
- Structured, balanced, and mature individual ready to make a significant impact.
