At PANTOhealth, we offer predictive maintenance solutions for railway infrastructures to prevent damage while saving time and costs. We are using a first-of-its-kind AI-oriented method that uses Realtime monitoring and synthetic data.

We plan to create a global-scale business and our vision is to accelerate the
transformation toward sustainable and circular economy-compatible transportation. We aim to develop and deploy innovative and technological approaches to improve the performance, reliability, and punctuality of sustainable forms of transportation. We are looking for a motivated student/ intern (Business Studies and/or Management Science, Law) to support the growth of our company.

THE ROLE

The mission of this position is to support the team with administrative tasks including operational and financial reporting and documentation. Facilitating the process of market entry in different countries by reviewing and highlighting the relevant rules and regulations in targeted countries.

Tasks
- Internal accounting: assist with end-of-month accounting and invoice processing
- Improving the company's efficiency by supporting operational and financial reporting.
- researching and analyzing the legal and regulatory framework of countries and markets that PANTOhealth is seeking to enter
- reviewing, proofreading, and quality controlling of the marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Independency and responsivity for handling administrative and organizational matters
- Fluency in German and English
- Current Bachelor’s or master’s student in Accounting, Finance, International Business, Law or related field
- Previous expertise in handling MS Office and Google
- Confident telephone manner and highly motivated in finding the answer for work related questions
- Strong attention to detail with ability to self-direct and prioritize different sets of tasks
- Motivated to participate in impact-driven organizations, particularly those around sustainability and eager to join an international team
