If so, then please read on **Role background**: We launched our service in Germany in August 2020 and have since seen rapid development in the market. Today, we partner with several thousand restaurants across Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Hanover, Düsseldorf & Hamburg and continue to expand into new cities, regions, and business verticals. For Wolt, everything starts with restaurants. If there are no restaurants, there are no customers, and if there are no customers, there are no couriers. Thus, restaurant acquisition and operations are a crucial part of Wolt's success in every city and country. As the **Team Lead Inside Sales**, your role is to manage our restaurant acquisition through a team of Inside Sales Representatives who primarily work over the phone, with occasional on-site visits to targeted cities. Your job will be to strengthen Wolt's restaurant portfolio by identifying, contacting, and onboarding the right new venues onto the platform. You'll provide leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to your team while ensuring sales performance is consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
