You will work for our Loyalty tribe, which includes three portals: iGraal, Shoop, and Pouch, European leaders in cashback and rewards. These platforms alert customers with the best deals from customers' favourite websites and mobile apps to enjoy cashback and money-saving services instantly. Our brands offer customers cash rewards within a network of more than 4,000 online merchants and top-tier brands. As a result, since 2010, we have redistributed over €100 million in cashback.

We are currently looking for a VP Product Management Loyalty (M/F/d) to join our Product and Technology team in our office in Berlin. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision.
- Develop a common user-centric Product Vision and Strategy and bring it to life
- Operate on multiple levels ranging from strategic work to hands-on product management
- Lead, develop, and support our existing Product team as well as build it up and shape it according to the vision
- Drive the development of a product platform to enable launching new propositions in multiple markets quickly and seamlessly
- Closely align with all internal and external stakeholders to promote your Product Vision and Strategy

**We are a match if you have**:

- Proven track record of launching and managing a portfolio of digital products
- Strong experience in B2C products in a multi-market environment
- A strong user-centric product management approach
- Hands-on experience in leading a team of product managers spread throughout several European countries
- Good understanding of the B2B mechanisms for two-sided marketplaces
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive forward the needed business and culture transformations
