Simply, instantly and efficiently, no excel sheets or expensive consultants necessary. Join us in defining the future of ESG and become the most impactful sustainability expert for SMEs in the whole of Europe. - Working closely together with the Product team, you enable a self-service solution for our customers, empowering them to be sustainable by complying with sustainability regulations in an individualized and digital way. - Using your profound knowledge and experience, you define a standardized way to implement existing and upcoming ESG / CSRD policies. - You create simple yet highly effective digital action plans for our customers to reach their individual sustainability goals. - As our internal expert on all ESG topics, you communicate with key clients in the strategic implementation of our software. - As an ambassador for cubemos, you become the key opinion leader on cutting edge developments relating to ESG, Sustainability, EU regulations and action plans for companies. **YOUR PROFILE** - Full German proficiency (C2) is required for this position. - You have in-depth practical experience (2+ years) as an ESG / Sustainability Manager or Consultant. - You know the ins and outs of ESG regulation, as well as sustainability standards and requirements that companies typically must fulfil. - You understand the challenges and difficulties, but also opportunities, SMEs are facing regarding the necessary sustainability requirements. - You have experience drafting and implementing action plans for companies to meet ESG and / or CSDR requirements. - You enjoy interacting with the public and spreading your message via various communication media. - You are tech-savvy and passionate about delivering digital solutions. - You have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy initiating practical solutions to complex problems. - You are ambitious and strive to make an impact. - You show strong interpersonal and communication skills. **WHY US?** At cubemos we have a truly inclusive and open culture and enjoy learning from and with one another.
