**Responsibilities**:

- As head of tribological fundamentals, you are responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of your employees
- You systematically develop your area of responsibility and strengthen the expertise in the department
- You control investment and project planning and are responsible for the budget
- By deriving mechanisms of action from test results, you will play a major role in the continuous further development of our products and our sustainability strategy
- Together with your team, you will use the technical know-how and support our customers in carrying out damage analyses

**Qualifications**:

- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable function and enjoy managing your employees
- You have excellent technical knowledge in the fields of tribology and rheology and ideally experience in carrying out simulations
- You have already gained experience and success in the planning, execution and implementation of projects
- In discussions with relevant stakeholders, you know how to explain complex tribological methods in a needs-oriented way and how to present them in a target-oriented and successful manner
- You are able to use your fluent language skills in German and English in a professional context
