happyglam is a new, innovative, and exciting Berlin-based cosmetics company focused on e-commerce. Through social media, we create an international brand around our vegan, natural, and eco-friendly cosmetic products for nails, lips, and face. We are well funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the beauty, health, and fashion e-commerce space in our team.

Tasks

As a working student or intern in Business Development you will report directly to the CEO and you'll be an integral part in growing our company and you will autonomously manage valuable projects across multiple departments.

**Requirements**:

- You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related field
- You are available for minimum of 6 months for the internship
- Growth-mind-set and can-do-mentality
- You speak fluent English
- You consider yourself a team player, proactive, curious and open-minded
- Previous work experience in e-commerce is plus
