We are currently looking for a highly motivated Student (M/F/D) to join our Legal team in Munich. If you want to be a part of our growing company that is driven by innovation and is focused on building a future together with our employees, consider applying.

Principle duties and essential functions- Support Legal Team in contract management duties which includes:
- Contract Review and data input into Salesforce CRM solution-
- Review and compare data entries for accuracyFollow-up with Salesforce Account owners for status of contracts and update in Salesforce-
- Creating reports and dashboards-
- Assist in researching contract status and downloading contracts when requested- Provide periodical Salesforce training to internal stakeholders (onboarding / reminders)- Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company.

Knowledge, skills and experience required- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Database Management- Proficiency in English- Knowledge of basic contract management and administration principles and ability to read, interpret, summarize and administer contracts is helpful and will be taught- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize workload- Self-starter with decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills- Strong work ethic and team player- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
