**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
/ You will work in an international team and support our inhouse lawyers in all administrative matters relating to our day-to-day work: contract matters, projects and legal disputes as well as preparation of meetings respectively conferences
/ You will manage and archive matters with our new matter management and archiving system and support on further matters of Legal Operations
/ You will be responsible for the review of fee invoices from external lawyers and notaries as well as travel planning, booking and travel expense
/ You will work flexibly (on-site and remote) in an international environment

**YOUR SKILLS**:
/ You are currently studying law, business law, or a comparable course of study and have ideally gained initial practical experience in legal administration, legal technologies, and knowledge management tools
/ You have experience with Microsoft 365 tools for communication, collaboration, and knowledge management (e.g., MS SharePoint, MS Teams)
/ You are a team player with an interactive, communicative, and structured working style, as well as a high implementation speed
/ Decisive personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
/ Fluent proficiency in spoken and written German and English
