- Currently enrolled in studies in the field of law, an LL.M. program or similar studies;
- Excellent research and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal issues in different jurisdictions;
- Strong interest and understanding of data protection regulations;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
- Working independently and in a structured manner;
- Enjoy working in an international team;
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English. German is a strong plus;
- Previous practical experiences, internships or working student positions is a plus.
- Support in compliance with data protection regulations;
- Assist in contract management, including Framework Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, NDAs;
- Monitor developments and conduct legal research on international laws and regulations impacting our business particularly data protection, financial services regulations, and artificial intelligence;
- Assist in M&A projects and matters concerning corporate law;
- Coordination with external counsels and business partners;
- Assist in responding to legal inquiries from internal stakeholders;
- Provide general administrative support.
