We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Working Student (f/m/d) to support our dynamic team. As a Legal Working Student, you will assist our corporate teams with tasks related to German corporate law and governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while balancing your studies.

You’ll play an integral role in assisting with a variety of legal matters, including legal research, contract management, intellectual property, and data privacy. By contributing to key projects, you will gain exposure to practical legal work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Legal research & analysis** on German corporate law, regulations, and compliance topics.
- ** Draft & review contracts** (NDAs, employment contracts, sales terms) and support contract management.
- ** Support corporate legal matters**including governance, policies, regulatory compliance, in collaboration with top law firms.
- ** Assist with IP & data privacy topics**, including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.
- ** Collaborate with internal teams & external partners** to support legal projects and process improvements.

**Your Profile**:

- ** Currently enrolled in a Law degree** (for Bachelor min. 4th semester) or pursuing a state examination degree (Main Studies).
- ** Strong academic performance** with a keen interest in corporate law, governance, and data privacy.
- Previous **legal working experience** is a big plus but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to **manage multiple tasks**.
- Fluent **German (C2) and English (C1)** skills, both written and spoken.
