**Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir dich ab**: Ab sofort als Procurement Director Contracts (m/w/d).
Als Procurement Director Contracts (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben u.a.
- Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Hotels im Bereiche Dienstleistungsverträge
- Entwicklung und Implementation von Strategien, um das Erreichen der Unternehmensziele sicherzustellen
- Marktanalysen und Bewertungen potenzieller und bestehender Lieferanten, um Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Qualität der Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen, um Kostenersparnisse zu generieren und Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen
- Führen von Verhandlungen von Verträgen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Konditionen mit den Lieferpartnern
- Entwickeln und Erstellen von Verträgen und SLAs, sowie Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Unternehmensrichtlinien
- Budgetüberwachung für deinen Bereich und Report an den SVP Direktor, ohne Personalverantwortung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Operations, Facility Management und Finance, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten

Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst
- Erfahrung in der Verhandlung und Betreuung von Dienstleistungsverträgen in der Hotellerie (Werkverträge und Arbeitnehmerüberlassungen)
- Vorhandene Kontakte in der Dienstleistungsbranche für die Hotellerie
- Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch oder Englisch
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Vertragsrecht o.ä. von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise und detailorientiertes Arbeiten
- Teamorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Procurement Director Contracts (m/w/d).
