Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Director / Senior Director, Procurement to lead supplier acquisition and management across existing and emerging markets. This critical leadership role focuses on expanding our supplier ecosystem—driving new partnerships, optimizing onboarding pipelines, and ensuring supplier engagement aligns with our global growth strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with deep expertise in B2B supplier relationships, channel development, and partnership-led growth. You will combine high-impact supplier partnerships, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to transform procurement operations, accelerate commercial growth, and deliver measurable impact across multiple markets.

Who you are

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or related field.

• 3–7 years in competitive environments, preferably Tier-1 consulting.

• Expertise in procurement strategy and transformation.

• Passionate about high-growth startups and transforming traditional industries.

• Strong analytical, communication, and hands-on execution skills.

• Proactive, independent, and able to engage directly with stakeholders.

• Bonus: Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or construction/infrastructure.
