The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz. **The role**: As Director, Procurement & SCM Center of Excellence (CoE), you'll be responsible for leading a transformational Process & Tech Deployment Excellence team within the COE that underpins world-class procurement and supply chain at HelloFresh International (17+ multi-site markets globally). The Process & Tech Deployment Excellence team is focussed on defining and standardizing world-class Source-to-Pay and Inventory Management core processes and implementing digital systems which enable us to continually evolve towards our "Fit-for-Future" vision. As a seasoned leader, you will drive stakeholder engagement across our global markets and implement the necessary foundations for best-in-class procurement and supply chain to bring value. You will work with a smart group of professionals in a dynamic global environment where you will use your in-depth expertise, strategic thinking, advisory, and ability to convert opportunities into outcomes, to drive the transformation of the procurement and supply chain function at HelloFresh. Drive **strategic transformation** of HelloFresh Procurement & SCM organization into a "Fit-for-Future" operating model in close cooperation with local market leaders - Drive optimization and standardization of **procurement and supply chain processes and systems** for HelloFresh International on Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract and Inventory management. Enforce the creation and use of agreed templates and standards and educate the community on process excellence techniques while assisting on problem resolution. - Drive **technology deployment** by defining and prioritizing procure-to-pay(P2P)/source-to-pay (S2P)/inventory management (IM)/contract lifecycle management (CLM) requirements based on business case - **Collaborate **with other business functions like Product Development, HelloTech, Quality, Operations, and Finance in terms of requirements, handshakes, and limitations - Develop strong talent across global markets **What you'll bring**: - An exceptional academic record with degree from top tier college or University (Engineering or Business degrees with a focus on procurement and supply chain management preferred) - 10+ years professional / leadership experience within procurement, supply chain management and/or operations or in a top-tier consulting company complemented by international multi-project management in a fast-paced environment gained in consumer driven industries - Progressive strategic leadership mindset combined with experience in leading in a matrix organization - Comfortable with ambiguity and building support for unprecedented initiatives, this role works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business and leads the assessment of various options - Passion for finding the next big idea and selling the concept internally - Best in-class procurement and supply chain experience, including COE (or COE-like) experience, focused on best-practice governance (policies, procedures, tools, templates, data, performance, KPIs), procurement process redesign, process adherence and improvement - Strong experience in development and implementation of processes in order to sustainably optimize a material value chain. Ideally familiar with material and inventory planning systems - Superior data analysis skills, problem solving techniques, structuring of complex projects. Skilled at understanding data patterns to construct root-cause analysis, alternative scenarios and insights - Strong demonstrated success in building and cultivating collaborative and productive relationships with peers, colleagues and diverse stakeholder groups - Experience in the food industry is considered a plus - Readiness to freq
