Dein Aufgabenbereich

**Bei Likeminded bieten wir die Möglichkeit, als Werkstudent**: in im Bereich Sales Operations (m/w/d) faszinierende Einblicke in den Arbeitsalltag eines aufstrebenden SaaS-Unternehmens zu gewinnen. Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützt du aktiv unsere Vertriebsabteilung bei der Erfassung und Analyse von Vertriebsdaten. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir engagiert an Projekten, die darauf abzielen, unsere Vertriebsstrategie zu optimieren und auszubauen.
- Du unterstützt das Sales Team bei der Analyse von Projektfortschritten und Leistungskennzahlen, um einen soliden Sales Forecast sicherzustellen.
- Die Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer CRM-Datenbank liegt in deiner Verantwortung, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundendaten stets korrekt und aktuell sind.
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit dem Vertriebsteam, um reibungslose Abläufe im Sales Prozess sicherzustellen.
- Bei Bedarf übernimmst du Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um wertvolle Erkenntnisse für die Vertriebsstrategie zu gewinnen.

Das bringst Du mit
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student: in (m/w/d) an einer Hochschule oder Universität, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich. Deine Begeisterung für den Vertrieb und dein Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufen zeichnen dich aus.
- Du verfügst über gute analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fertigkeit, sinnvolle Erkenntnisse aus Daten zu gewinnen.
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, runden dein Profil ab.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für die Position unerlässlich.
