**The Difference You'll Make**:
As a key member of our Buyer Enablement Team (Sales team), you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a high-quality Sales Pipeline, essential for driving our company's success.

Here are just a few of the exciting things we'll be working on:

- ** CRM Data and Market Trend Analysis**:Regularly review and analyse data from the CRM and current market trends to identify potential prospects and opportunities for our Sales team.
- ** Target Account List Creation**: Utilize the insights gathered from CRM and market analysis to compile a list of target accounts, focusing on those with the highest potential for engagement and conversion.
- ** Team Briefings for Sales Strategy**: Prepare and deliver briefings to the sales team, outlining potential client problems, appropriate messaging strategies, and relevant use cases to effectively address these issues.
- ** Support to Head of Buyer Enablement**:Take over basic tasks from the Head of Sales, providing essential support to streamline the sales process and improve team efficiency.
- ** Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams for Campaigns**: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to assist in the design and implementation of outbound campaigns, ensuring they are targeted effectively based on the insights from CRM and market analysis.
- Advanced Economics / Business Administration studies (higher Bachelor Semester or Master)
- Prior work experience in a related or similar field (Marketing, Sales) desired
- Entrepreneurial mindset with good analytical capabilities
- Full proficiency in both German and English
- Please note that having the legal right to work as a working student in Germany is essential.
