**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
/ Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
/ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
/ Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
/ Handle confidential information with discretion
/ Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports
**YOUR SKILLS**:
/ Completed vocational training
/ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
/ Experience in an R&D or technical environment is a plus
/ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
/ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
/ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
/ High level of attention to detail and accuracy
/ Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
