At G+D Currency Technology, Division Currency Management Solutions for the department Business and Sales Operations, we are looking for a **Head of Order Management **(M/F/d):As **Head of Order Management **you steer the global team that ensures the accurate entry of orders, facilitate inventory alignment, efficient and successful processing of orders and projects in SAP based on customer order or contract structure and taking into account all commercially relevant conditions e.g. accounting, taxes, etc. To this end, you oversee all involved parties within the team involved in the end-to-end order process, including customer communication and order tracking. To this end, you serve as the mediator within the team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the Order Management team across all the regions, ensuring the team meets its objectives and executing the overall functional guidelines and procedures
- Defining and constantly improving the relevant key steps of the order process to ensure smooth transactions and a consistent customer experience globally
- Translating customer contracts into SAP, breaking down the scope to WBS elements and raise demands via network activities
- Overseeing the processing of customer orders, being the first point of contact for the global Order Management team regarding issues
- Accountable for the compliance of customer orders and ultimately ensuring that all relevant information is included (machine-/ solution description, quantities, pricing, special rates, etc.)
- Monitoring the reception and shipping of goods
- Providing expertise on diffuse order items to ensure invoices accurately reflect the respective order
- Serving as first escalation during order management and overseeing the approval stage in case of standard process deviations
- Overseeing technical order management, meaning reporting based on SAP and categorizing contract scope into product groups
- Ensuring the availability of capacities to support the complete order management processes

**Your qualifications**:

- University degree (e.g. bachelor, master degree, MBA, PhD, etc.) business economics or equivalent degree
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Business fluent language skills in English, additional language welcome
- International work experience and intercultural competence
- Good leadership skills
