Manage marketing materials (brochures, exhibition tools, promotional items). Assist in developing marketing plan, advertisement strategy and campaigns. Create projects according to marketing plan and follow those through the development process to implementation. Plan and organise European trade shows, provide support for vendor shows. Support Field sales in marketing matters. Process incoming inquiries, provide first level customer support, handle basic price inquiries. Coordinate instrument trials. Handle reagent reclamations. CRM maintenance. Assist with product related customs inquiries.

**Professional Qualifications**:
**Education**

BS or MS degree in life sciences a related field or alternatively commercial education. Sales or marketing experience preferred.

MARKETING
- Manage marketing materials (brochures, exhibition materials, promotional materials) - evaluate needs, order, and inventory management. Create and update marketing material catalogue, manage order process.
- Plan and organise European trade shows. Provide support for vendor shows.
- Manage advertisement for regional journals and program books in cooperation with US team.
- Manage European customer satisfaction surveys, report results and delegate action items.
- Translate texts for marketing and sales enablement usage.
- Develop and create custom sales tools.
- Monitor training center activities.
- Collect and feed back website edits for regular edit cycles.
- Pricelist maintenance.
- Marketing imagery maintenance.
- Create paperwork, e.g. exclusivity statements, hazardous goods exemption certificates.
- European hub for market developments, trends, and competition tactics.
- Report back successes and failures of all activities throughout the year.

SALES SUPPORT
- Process incoming instrument inquirer for EU direct sales areas according to set workflows and best practices.
- Enter incoming contacts and accounts, especially from trade and vendor shows. Create upload forms for database.
- Keeps software and license information updated on assets.
- Coordinate Digit instrument trials.
- Backup for Export sales process.
- Handling basic price inquiries and quoting, e.g. for reagents and consumables.
- Handle reclamations, e.g. creating cases, customer communications, internal quality documentation and initiate replacements logistics.
- Train new employees on SharePoint use.
- Outreach administration support, e.g. train new employees, being the go-to person for questions.
- Assist with product trainings and meetings.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- CRM maintenance (assets, software licenses, data base cleaning).
- First level support, e.g. customer acknowledgements, contact creation, setting tasks for regional SSS.
