We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Frankfurt, Germany to join the Central European Marketing team at Qatar Airways. This role focuses on developing and implementing marketing activities for the CEU region to drive revenue and ticket sales, aligning with our strategic objectives.
It also involves maintaining Qatar Airways' brand image and communication standards. This is an office-based position.- Assist in developing and implementing B2B and B2C campaigns to meet revenue objectives and KPI targets.
- Leverage Partnerships (Airports and Tourism Board campaigns, and sponsorship activations) to drive awareness and revenue in the market
- Assist the wider Regional Marketing Team in the amplification of regional promotions to achieve campaign targets.
- Observe and comply with all procurement, finance and contractual policies and procedures to ensure the region is compliant with company requirements.
- Maintain brand, messaging, style and tone consistency in all marketing artwork and messaging
- Assist to deliver events and exhibitions to the required QR standard.
- Support in producing post-activity and campaign evaluations, identifying effectiveness of activity and quantitative ROI.
- Performing other marketing duties related to the position as directed by the Marketing Officer or Regional Marketing team
Qualifications
About you:
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing with ideally 2-3 years marketing generalist experience.
- Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Communications or a relevant field.

- Excellent knowledge of Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.

- Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Responsibility for ongoing personal development and growth of experience.
- You must be eligible to work in Germany or the EU. This role will not provide VISA sponsorship
