**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Europe Alliance Lead, The Sales Coordinator Alliance Europe, Consumer Health role will develop and lead processes that drive Commercial Vision, Sales Excellence and Marketing Excellence in the Regional Consumer Health Market.

She/He will support the Europe Alliance Leader to ensure consistent delivery of business objectives through high-quality Business Operations, Analysis and Reporting, by collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Distributors, Marketing and Commercial Leaders. This role will participate in strategy development and be responsible for implementation of Consumer Health Operations initiatives.

The Business Support Manager will be involved in strategic projects which will build on their existing skills set and provide opportunities for further development.

This is a role with regional responsibilities. As such, the incumbent may be required to adjust its work schedule to accommodate other countries / time zones. Up to 50% of work could be conducted in a remote office environment and some travel may be required (up to 50%).

Tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses. Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.
- Facilitate a culture of planning and project management, using consistent tools and approaches, ensure that work is tracked, prioritize effectively.

Play a key role in the preparation of and during the Business Reviews & Budget process.

Ensure smooth design & delivery of the projects:

- New product launches & packaging updates: Deal with support functions & agencies to ensure readiness of the projects (AWs, local adaptations, interaction with agency, implementation into the systems, approval coordination ).
- Current portfolio updates: Support on work to be done with RA / QA / MedAf.
- Small countries End-to-End operations: Support and follow-ups with the local distributor to ensure smooth run of the non-business-related challenges (supply, RA, QA, MedAf, customers queries ).
- Internal MUNDI process: Act as project owner & coordinator to move forward task and deliveries.

Admin: Help the team to manage planning & projects + ad-hoc requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required, E.g., Sales and Marketing. preferred MBA
- General Management Programs./ Business Support
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, market research, business operations and analytics.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical and Consumer industry.
- Financial acumen
- Project management.
- Ability to translate data into insights.
- English and German are required.
