Videographer & Motion Designer (F/m/d)

**What you’ll do**:
**As a Videographer & Motion Designer (f/m/d) at nu3, you’re responsible for**:

- Exploring ideas to create conception, storyboarding, production and post-production of high-quality video content
- Developing channel-specific video content for our performance marketing, website and social media channels
- Overseeing creative tests and creation of new motion guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Communicating our brand values by conveying emotions through visual storytelling
- Creating exciting and entertaining content to inspire our audience and increase reach
- Implementing and overseeing creative tests and the creation of new guidelines and best practices as a baseline for future projects
- Defining film technology and the studio equipments
- Managing multiple projects at once and communicating project prioritisation with team and stakeholders

**Who you are**:

- You have a Degree in cinematography, multimedia, motion design or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects
- You have a deep understanding of storyboarding, video editing, sound implementation, animation and color correction
- You are proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, as well as camera operation, sound recording and studio lighting
- You are a creative visual storyteller and conceptual thinker skills through moving images
- You have an excellent eye for detail and a keen interest in digital trends, experience with AI video making is a plus
- You have strong communication skills with history of driving projects independently with multiple stakeholders
- You are fluent in English to engage with all international colleagues, German proficiency is a big plus
