(Senior) Motion Designer and Videographer

Hi there, we are AMBOSS, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Motion Designer and Videographer who will help us on a mission to shape medical education and patient care. As a part of our small Video Team, you will expand our product with educational material, promote its benefits to reach and retain our users globally, and build a brand that speaks to our users, partners and employees.

In the first 12 months, you will: *
- Develop concepts, storyboards and execute various types of videos (marketing campaigns, B2B promotional videos, product tour demos, online courses).
- Produce and optimize motion assets for cross-channel communications (CRM, Performance Marketing, Organic, Product).
- Develop, continuously refresh, and manage motion graphic templates’ library.
- Support the Senior Video Manager on studio/location shoots and multi-camera live stream recording.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations Managers, Visual Designers, Copywriters, Performance Marketing Managers, and Medical Multimedia Team.
**You bring**:
- 5 + years of experience in video production with the main focus on motion graphics.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Figma.
- Enthusiasm for creative and visual storytelling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Efficient technical skills and workflow for editing, archiving, and organization.
- Experience in 3D animation is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.

**Here is what your interview journey will look like**:
- A 30-mins call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to get to know you, understand your career motivations and give you more insight into the role and team;
- A 45 mins interview with the Video Team Lead to dive deeper into the role and asses your technical skills for the position;
- A 60 - 90-minute minute session where you will be asked to present your response to a short Case Study, which we will share for you to take a look over and prepare at home.
