You’ll join a design-driven marketing team where ideas are valued, craft matters, and collaboration fuels creativity. You’ll shape the way Moss shows up to the world — designing for attention, engagement, and impact across digital, motion, and experiential touchpoints.

As a **Motion Designer/Brand Designer** **(f/m/d)** you’ll have the freedom to experiment, the space to push creative boundaries, and the opportunity to see your ideas come to life — from social campaigns to our next brand activations. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every project makes a visible difference.

**Here’s what you’ll be working on**:

- Bring complex FinTech products to life through **clear, clickable, and high-converting content** and ad campaigns.

- **Lead the craft**: from typography to composition to motion, with pixel-perfect attention to detail.

- Translate insights and strategies from our Product Marketing and Growth teams into visually stunning campaign concepts.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop **360° brand campaigns**

- Contribute to design systems in Figma, expand our component library, and ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.

- Drive motion design yourself — creating **animated UI effects, micro-interactions, and social motion assets** using tools like After Effects, Jitter, or Rive.

**You’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role**:

- Proven experience across in-house, agency, or studio environments

- Strong foundational skills in **motion design** — from micro-animations to social motion assets

- Expertise in **Figma** (Auto Layout, components, systems are second nature to you)
