The Position

Join our NBT Marketing team as a Motion Graphic Designer (M/F/x) to conceptualize, design and create animations and graphics that positively impact our cross-brand digital branding initiatives.

Your task
- You develop inspiring and powerful visual assets, static and motion design for cross-channel projects, social media, campaigns, landing pages and communication concepts that brings our brand to life
- With the creation of digital style guides, motion branding systems, animation templates you will enhance the corporate identity and brand
- Gather design references, create mood boards, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate ideas to the team and stakeholders
- Solution-oriented: you listen to understand the business objective and are able to deliver a range of solutions to meet set objectives
- You ensure the creative and technical quality of the results

**Requirements**:
**What you bring**:

- An outstanding portfolio of motion and digital design that shows deep understanding of design principles and brand design
- Strong experience within motion design software's such as Adobe AE, Premier Pro, Cinema 4D, Affinity, etc.
- Able to work in a cross-functional environment and experience managing creative projects and alignments
- Executional and strategic creative thinking
- Curiosity and interest in B2B Deep Tech
