**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- The Process and Transformation focal within the organization is responsible for program management throughout the program life cycle.
- This role leads the overall program framework planning, establishes controls, monitoring of progress, coordinates program key tasks, owns stakeholder communication, and business deliverables attainment.
- Business programs in the organization are missioned to coordinate, direct and implement projects and/or transformation activities to achieve outcomes and benefits of strategic importance to the business and program sponsor.
- The role leverages proven program management methodology, strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- This role provides program strategic guidance, program support, and oversees all program deliverables.
- The Business Program Manager primarily collaborates across the organization and other stakeholders as required to meet program objectives.
- The Business Program Manager advises Management and Executives of strategic and tactical decisions, along with overall business program results.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 8-15+ years' experience Architecture Planning, Solution Design and Development practices.
- Contribute to Architecture Control Board in defining / driving Enterprise IT Strategy
- Excellent business acumen, able to understand and translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Experience with Cloud Native Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Business Intelligence
- Experience with Integration Platform and Master Data Governance, Standardization, Consolidation, Data Quality Management, Mass data processing and solutioning
- Provide thought leadership on data processes and technology, and how implementation of these can improve the effectiveness and accuracy of data
- Demonstrated leadership ability and Project/programme experience
- Good understanding about Architectural Design Patterns and Solutioning
- Full Stack Development/Architecture, Clean Code and Continual Integration Development Experience with Agile methodology, experience building large, scalable Business Applications, API design experience, Containerization Extensive experience in ETL Pipeline and Data Warehouse design
- Should have a deep knowledge of data pipelines, including best practices and trends for how data is collected, stored, and analyzed.
- Experience with Data visualization and data migration
- Experience working with Databases such as SQL, NoSQL and Cloud computing
- Data Solutioning expertise - Information management and data processing on multiple platforms
- Programming expertise - especially Python, Scala and Java
- Must be able to communicate solutions to client with non-technical backgrounds.
- Good understanding about Data Architecture Design Patterns and Solutioning
