Finance GBS Transformation Consultants A market-leading consulting team specialising in Finance Global Business Services (GBS) transformation is expanding and currently seeking experienced professionals across several seniority levels, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant roles.This high-impact team is at the forefront of redefining GBS operating models – moving beyond traditional shared service centres to deliver bespoke, technology-enabled solutions that incorporate automation, AI, and agentic GBS principles. The team is entrepreneurial in spirit, operates with a flat hierarchy, and offers a dynamic and supportive environment with significant project exposure across major programmes from strategy through to implementation. Role Responsibilities: Lead or support complex GBS transformation programmes, with a focus on finance functions Design, assess and implement target operating models, shared services and process optimisations Advise clients on the integration of technology, including AI and automation, into GBS models Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and manage key stakeholders across regions Deliver structured project outcomes, contribute to internal capability building, and support business development initiatives Candidate Requirements: 3–15+ years of experience in a relevant consulting environment or in-house transformation role Proven track record in designing and delivering Finance GBS or Shared Services initiatives Familiarity with digital enablers such as AI, automation, analytics, and ERP platforms Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R) Demonstrated consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem-solving, delivery rigour Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to project work Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English Open Roles: Senior Manager Manager Senior Consultant Why Join: Work for a recognised leader in GBS transformation with a strong pipeline of strategic projects Gain practical exposure to cutting-edge technologies in real-world finance operations Become part of an entrepreneurial and collaborative team with a flat structure Opportunities for fast-track professional development and career progression Flexible working model with limited travel Location: Germany (Flexible location, ideally near any major German city) Package: €Competitive + Bonus + Benefits Model: Hybrid Travel: Approx. 2 days/week
