ParshipMeet Group is one of the leading international players in Dating and Video. Our apps cover a broad spectrum of the market, from social dating and entertainment to serious matchmaking. The portfolio of our company, which has eight locations in Europe and North America, includes the brands Parship, eharmony, LOVOO, and ElitePartner, among others. In order to provide our teams with the best possible support on a daily basis, we are looking for a full-time Junior HR Business Partner (M/F/d) for our HR department as soon as possible. This position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg.

Your Responsibility in our Team
Support in advising managers and employees on HR-related topics across the entire employee lifecycle, taking into account business objectives
Support in advising managers on and implementing the compensation and benefits strategy with the aim of promoting a commercially sound and high-performing organizational culture
Administration and processing of non-salary related benefits as well as advice to managers and employees on all existing benefits
Use of HR reports as well as independent analysis and implementation of derived measures
Support in organisational change processes as well as support in the conception and implementation of targeted further development instruments and personnel-relevant measures
Ensuring an effective and appreciative feedback and communication culture to generate valuable insights and measures derived from them, which enable long-term added value for the company
Contract management for individual employee enquiries and preparation of certificates and references
Professional and legally compliant onboarding and deboarding processes in cooperation with internal experts
Who we are looking for
First professional experience in the field of human resources, ideally in an international environment
Basic knowledge of labour, income tax and social security law as well as the use of MS Office programs and HR software (e.g. Personio) are advantageous
You are characterized by an independent, structured and careful way of working as well as discretion and professionalism
You have the ability to think analytically and are interested in complex, business-relevant contexts
You have strong communication skills and intercultural competence as well as a confident appearance, e.g. due to a stay abroad
High working speed and the ability to inspire others for our mission
Very good written and spoken German and English complete your profile
