- and mindset for the position of SeniorPeople Business Partner (all genders).

**Responsibilities**:

- You accompany managers and their teams pro-actively along the full employee circle and beyond
- You take ownership of your position and thrive to optimize constantly
- You function as a coach and motivator for the management team, advising them on labor law issues, leading and developing of their team members

**Requirements**:

- You bring at least 3 years of experience in the area of HR
- You are skilled in business management expertise
- You are well-versed in German labor law
- You provide excellent written and oral English language skills
- You are characterized by solution-oriented strategic thinking
- You are an excellent communicator with conflict-resolution skills
- You are open to a new and innovative people approach
