**Locations**:

**What you will do**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across the EMEA region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct and channel sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Drive channel partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement initiatives to expand Maxon's presence in key vertical markets and geographic regions
- Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market dynamics to provide regular reports and insights to senior management

**What we are looking for**:

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in direct and channel sales leadership roles, preferably within the software or technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and distribution channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and customer success
- Ability to travel frequently within the EMEA region as needed
