**What's next for us**:
After three years of ongoing success and company growth we are now looking to scale up and take KeepLocal to the next stage, we have some exciting Series A funding rounds coming up and are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join, work directly with the CEO & be a key stakeholder in taking the business to the next level.
**Your tasks**:

- Shape the further growth path as CFO
- Active role in the implementation of financing rounds
- Investor Negotiations
- Strategic financial planning for the further development of the business model,
- Operational financial planning, monthly and annual financial statements
- Stakeholder management (investors, regulators, auditors)
- Direct liaison with investment partners to ensure that the business portfolio remains robust with tangible results over the coming months and years
- * Ensuring compliance with any regulations (stat/tax)
- Hiring and developing an Operations and Finance team.
- Assist in Financial software / ERP implementation
- Oversight of the entire Finance function

**Your Experience**
- Experience in preparing Start-Ups or Scale-Ups for fundraising rounds
- Experience taking a company through the fundraising stages
- Experience working with Seed to Growth
- Network of international investors (VCs, CVCs, etc.)
- Companies successfully built and scaled, ideally start-ups or SMEs
- Proven ability to develop and implement systems and processes to increase business clarity.
- Proven leadership in finance.
- German business fluent
- Business fluent in English

**Desirable but not essential**:

- BaFin qualification
- Banking License
- Fintech background
