**Position: Chief Financial Officer (German Speaker)**

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances.

The Chief Financial Officer will work as part of the Executive team to assist with regards to all finance and financial controlling tasks. This is a full-time contract position and it reports to the COO.
Experience with crypto currency and blockchain companies is mandatory. Aslo, experience working for decentralized companies.

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial structure and strategy for the company, and will do management of tokenomic assets/ability to oversee any market making activities/decisions. The CFO will be expected to keep good documentation and lead the creation/maintenance budgets, forecasts and investor relationship and management.

**Requirements/Responsibilities**:
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:

- Create, Manage and oversee the company’s financial planning
- Plan and perform risk management duties
- Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies
- Manage fundraising plans and capital structure
- Manage the company’s treasure
- Determine finance KPIs
- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers
- Manage and retain relationships with various vendors
- Prepare current reports
- Prepare and present forecasting reports
- Adhere to the law and company’s policies
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved
- Perform in a fast paced, high iterative design process under mínimal supervision
- Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experienced and comfortable with presenting work to executives and large groups
- Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique
- Proven track record of handling multiple financial responsibilities and management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor in Business, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- Experience in cryptocurrency
- Fluent in German Language
- Experience working for decentralized companies
- Management of tokenomic assets/ability to oversee any market making activities/decisions
- Experience keeping good documentation and reports
- Lead creation/maintenance budget
- Manage timely approval/denial of internal financial requests
- Oversee all financial aspects of business operation (needs, revenue maximization opportunities, grants, investments.)
- Knowledge of Financial International Law, VAT, crypto trading regulations etc.
