IKS)Teamführung & Organisationsentwicklung: Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finance-Teams sowie Förderung einer datengetriebenen, transparenten UnternehmenskulturDigitalisierung & Effizienz: Einführung moderner Finanztools und BI-Systeme zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und EntscheidungsqualitätDein ProfilNachgewiesene Erfahrung als CFO, VP Finance oder Head of Finance in einem Startup-, Scale-up- oder Tech-/BildungsumfeldPraktische Erfahrung mit von Venture Capital (VC) finanzierten Startups in der Seed-Phase – entweder als VC / Investor oder als Mitgründer / Mitarbeiter eines von VC finanzierten Startups.Fundierte Kenntnisse in der HGB-Bilanzierung und ein sicheres Verständnis von FinanzberichterstattungsstandardsPraktische Erfahrung mit Finanzierungsrunden, Investorenkommunikation, Bankverhandlungen und strukturierter KapitalplanungSicher im Umgang mit Budgetierung, Forecasting, Cash Management, KPI-Systemen und Business-Intelligence-ToolsVertraut mit modernen Finanzsystemen und Tool-Stacks (z.
