**What makes this role special?**:

- You will be a person of trust for HR questions, checking in and making sure everyone in the team is doing well and has the resources they need
- Organizing our quarterly off-site both from an organizational perspective as well as an event planning perspective
- Help managing various operational tasks to keep the business running and grow the organization
- Take ownership and work alongside our Director of Operations to keep the ever-growing company moving

This position is part-time, and we are also open to working students.

**Your mission**:

- Your mission is to help us develop our collaborative remote-first work culture by bringing your enthusiasm to energize our cross-function teams
- You will lead our HR operations organizing regular offsites and team events.
- You will act as first point of contact for all HR topics from hiring, onboarding, feedback, payroll, and offboarding

**Your profile**:
You are
- an open minded, creative, engaged, and trustworthy person
- emphatic and good at connecting with people
- confident in making decisions, comfortable with mínimal guidance
- Experience with Personio is a plus.
- excellent in communication (written & in person) in English and German
- excited about new technologies and the healthcare market
