**Your role**:

- You build and lead the **People & Culture function** at Junto and can therefore **shape the long-term vision** of the organisational and people setup together with the founders
- You develop a short-, medium
- and long-term **talent acquisition strategy and roadmap**:

- You **lead **Junto's Talent Acquisition Partner and external recruiting agency
- You develop a **shared Junto culture** that is lived in and out of the office on a daily basis
- You are responsible for **efficient people operations processes, **e.g., onboarding processes, payroll preparation or preparatory accounting

**Your profile**:

- You have **5+ years of experience** in People & Culture, thereof **2+ in a leadership position**:

- You have prior experience in developing the People & Culture function in a **high growth startup environment and proved your** strong **bias for action** with a **hands on mentality** and stress resistant attitude
- You have **deep experience talent acquisition **and a successful track record of achieving your hiring goals
- Yoh have a **proven ability to set-up scalable people operations processes **and tools from scratch
- You are equipped with an **excellent communication style and persuasion skills**:

- You speak **English and German** fluently
