I am working with a world-leading Pharmaceutical and Medical Device company based in **Halle, Germany**. They are seeking a **German **and **English **Speaking **Customer Service Specialist** to be responsible for providing exceptional support to their customers for their leading products.

As a member of their dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in driving new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring a patient-centric approach in all your interactions. Your focus will be on achieving or exceeding personal and business goals within your assigned geographic area or specific accounts.

**Salary range**: €45,000-€50,000

**You will be responsible for**:

- Processing customer queries.
- Handling shipping order documentation and invoicing.
- Maintaining customer, delivery, and price data in the ERP system.
- Maintaining and presenting customer scorecards.

**You will bring the following**:

- Customer service experience
- B2B product experience
- German and English (written and oral)
- Sound commercial knowledge

**Salary**: 45,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
