**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung hinsichtlich Effizienz, Genauigkeit und Compliance im globalen Beschaffungslebenszyklus
- Internationale Implementierung von Best Practices und Trends im Beschaffungs
- und Lieferkettenmanagement
- Definition von Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) für Beschaffungsprozesse und deren Berichterstattung sowie (Risiko-) Analysen
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zu Beschaffungsrichtlinien/ -verfahren und Einkaufsinstrumenten
- Leitung von und Teilnahme an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung und Förderung von Innovationen

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder Supply Chain
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf oder Lieferkettenmanagement bzgl. Procurement Excellence
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Beschaffungsprozessen, bewährten/ modernen Verfahren
- Fundierte Erfahrung im interdisziplinären Projektmanagement sowie mit Einkaufstechnologien und -systemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und sehr gutes Deutsch
- Proaktiver, kommunikationsstarker und eigenverantwortlicher Teamplayer mit hoher interkultureller sowie sozialer Kompetenz
- Fähigkeit zur Anpassung an ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld
- Unternehmerische und analytische Denkweise gepaart mit einem ergebnisorientierten, akkuraten sowie regelkonformen Arbeitsstil
