In your new role, you will:

- **Act as the main contact for the Procurement Risk Management Process**:

- **Collaborate with the Procurement team **to drive a forward-looking **risk management approach**:

- **In the event of a crisis or risk event **, support task forces at the Procurement level to address and **mitigate risks promptly**:

- **Maintain existing risk management tool solutions**:

- **Analyze large data **and connect information to **identify risks early**:

- **Support in shaping the future of the Procurement Risk Management Process **, making it more effective and efficient
- **Regularly update **and **present an overview of the main Procurement risks and crises**:

- **Prepare **and **deliver presentations to top management **, effectively communicating **risk assessments **and **mitigation strategies**

As a Senior Specialist Procurement Risk Management Process, you actively look for improvements in the Procurement Risk Management Process and find pragmatic solutions in times of crisis. It is in your blood to draw meaningful insights out of data. You engage at eye level with your stakeholders regarding the identification and mitigation of key risks. Furthermore, you inspire others with your ideas and produce results in dynamic situations. On top, you convey complex issues clearly and convincingly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as **Risk Management, Business, Social Science, Engineering, or Finance**:

- **1-3 years of work experience**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skill **s, and **ability to visualize complex information in an easy way**:

- **Resiliency **and **persistence skills**:

- **Excellent communication **and **presentation abilities**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively **within a team and **across departments**:

- **Proactive **and **adaptable in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Familiarity with risk management tools **and concepts is a plus.
- **Prior experience in risk management **or **procurement **is a plus.
- **Strong English language skills **, German is a plus
