Die Rolle:

  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Projekten im Zusammenhang mit dem DPO (Distribution Process Optimization Programs) Excellence Programm
  • Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle fachbezogenen Bereiche aus DPO (Tourenplanung, Auslieferung, Lagerhaltung, Fuhrpark, Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheit)
  • Ausbau der technischen Fähigkeiten im T2 Dachau, um die Einhaltung des DPO sowie minimale ABI IT- und technische Anforderungen für Lager- und Transportvorgänge zu erreichen
  • Durchführung von CAPEX T2 Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Entwicklung von Means und KPI-Ergebnissen
  • Verantwortung für die Audits am Standort

Wen wir suchen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Logistik
  • Erfahrung im Bereich von Prozessen in einem Logistikbetrieb, im Projektmanagement sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Ein Plus sind eine Zertifizierung und Erfahrung mit Lean Six Sigma
  • Sehr gutes strategisches Denkvermögen sowie selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen und ERP-Systemen
