We are hiring for a newly established role that will report directly to the Northern Europe Regional Indirect Procurement Manager based in France. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a new and growing regional team within the expansion of the Group Indirect Procurement Department on a worldwide basis.This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Indirect Procurement roadmap across the DACH region Recordati sites. You will manage the adoption of the Procurement culture in the area and ensure operational excellence in indirect procurement - overseeing a spend of approximately 40M€ across all indirect categories such as Consulting, Marketing, Logistics, General Services, R&D…Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing spending & contracts to identify prioritiesManaging the Indirect spending and footprint to lead cost reduction and efficacy in services delivery and qualityContributing to the decision-making process by logically presenting ideas to decision makers, being a strong logic thinker, using information to accurately make timely decisions. Defines the DACH procurement strategy and standards and leads selection of suppliers in accordance with the Regional ManagerWorking with the stakeholders to identify spend areas and organize buying processes with the goal of identifying savings and/or to ensure the business continuitySupports the fostering of procurement culture implementation and tools.Required EducationMaster degree in Economy/Procurement/ Engineering…Required Skills and ExperienceAttitude towards stakeholder managementAnalytical skills and Tender management experienceAt least 5 years of Indirect Procurement experiencePreferred ExperienceInternational and multi-sites contextPharma MarketTechnical CompetenciesSAP knowledgeE-procurement platform experienceMS office (Excel and PowerPoint as a must)Required Behaviours and CompetenciesAbility to work with cross-functional team within the organization with significant communication and relational skillsBe flexible, proactive and able to manage simultaneously different activities within a dynamic and fast-paced contextGood organizational and priority handling skillsRequired LanguagesGerman (fluent) and English (B2/C1) – French or Italian as a plus Travel required in %30% in DACH Area (mainly Munich, Ulm and Basel sites); < 5% in France (Paris)
