Für **Airbus Operations** am **Standort Finkenwerder** suchen wir **ab sofort** einen **Project Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)**, der oder die den Überblick behält, auch wenn der Wind mal stärker weht. Du bringst Struktur ins Chaos, hast ein gutes Gespür für Risiken und Chancen und steuerst Projekte so zuverlässig wie ein Kapitän sein Cockpit.

- Integration und Analyse relevanter Projektkennzahlen: Zeit, Kosten, Ressourcen, Qualität
- Aktives Risiko
- und Chancenmanagement
- Leistungsüberwachung und Steuerung von Projektfortschritt und Ergebnisqualität
- Projektsteuerung, Reporting sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Phasenprüfungen
- Änderungsmanagement und Konfigurationskontrolle - stets im Blick auf Verträge und Projektziele
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Optimierung von PM-Prozessen und -Tools
- Voraussetzungen_

**Studium**
Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem der folgenden Bereiche:

- Technisches Studium (mind. Bachelorabschluss)
- Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (mind. Master
- oder Diplomabschluss)
- Betriebswirtschaftslehre (mind. Master
- oder Diplomabschluss)
- Wirtschaftswissenschaften (mind. Master
- oder Diplomabschluss)

**Berufserfahrung**
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

**Fachliche Kenntnisse**
- Gute Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement
- Grundkenntnisse im Change Management
- Grundkenntnisse im Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung im Datenmanagement von Vorteil

**Sprachkenntnisse**
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

**IT-Kenntnisse**
- Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace

**Weitere Qualifikationen**
- Erfahrung im Umfeld von Airbus von Vorteil
