Clariness is looking for a Project Coordinator (focus Jira) (f/m/d) based in Berlin or Hamburg.

- We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator (focus Jira) (M/F/d) to join our Creative Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the capacity planning and traffic management of our in-house Creative Team from start to finish, ensuring prioritization of projects, capacity planning of the copywriters/graphic designers/web developers, and on-time delivery. As a Project Coordinator (focus Jira) (M/F/d), you would be responsible for:

- Leading and overseeing the Jira ticketing system of the in-house creative team ensuring prioritization (according to weighting framework), planning and forecasting the team’s capacity, and timely delivery.
- Continually improving operational traffic management processes and capacity planning practices to improve performance and manage resources to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our in-house Project Management team, managing expectations through effective communication.
- Contributing to and collaborating within the Creative Operations Leadership team to ensure high-performance and continual efficiency gains of three interdependent teams: Project Management, Content Creation and Web Development.

**We would like you to have**:

- Successfully completed studies, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in traffic management, preferably in fast-moving creative agencies or in-house creative teams in large corporations.
- Proven track record in traffic management of ticketing within a service department via Jira or similar.
- Professional project management certification (Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills - an additional language is a plus.
- Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project).
- A strategic and agile mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and intercultural competence.
