**Shape your journey onboard and offshore with us**:
MacGregor’s Global Service Division is looking for an Operations Coordinator to coordinate and support the execution of maintenance and repair works in line with the OPM.

This position is based in MacGregor’s office in Hamburg. You will report to the Operations Superintendent.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the service operations to fulfill customer requirements. Improve the utilization and profitability
- Provide service quotations to customer and frontline sales
- Ensure compliance to OPM (operating principle manual)
- Review service engineer service reports
- Provide first-line technical support to the service engineers
- Preparing relevant documents for invoicing
- Check and approve incoming invoices for parts and subcontractors
- Build and maintain customer relationships for defined customers
- Comply with Cargotec policies and Code of Conduct, MacGregor QEHS Statement, and instructions and requirements as found in the Integrated Management System.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
We are looking for a professional who can demonstrate good project management and communications skills.

Ideally, you have:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations or a similar field
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ electrical engineering or technical license
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge
- Driving license
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
